This is a bike I built for a friend at work. He loves it, and rides it just about everyday. This bike will do 30+ mph, and very fun to ride.

This bike was purchased new, from www.bikebuyers.com its a Micargi NX3. NX3 = Nexus 3 speed internal hub. Had to modify sprocket and motormount but well worth it, this bike is really nice.
